Paracetamol is widely used for many minor aches and pains to relieve mild to moderate pain because of its analgesic and antipyretic properties. Moreover, It can be used as an intermediate for pharmaceuticals and azo dyes, stabilizer for hydrogen peroxide, photographic chemicals. Unfortunately, it can be found in food as a harmful tenderiser.
White oil finds application in pharmaceutical, personal care, food products aslo in veterinary and pesticide industry. It can be used as a cleaner, solvent, as a preservative for water sensitive materials and in wood industry. It can be applied as a non-conductive coolant or thermal fluid in electric, as a hydraulic fluid in vehicles.
Pyridine is used as a precursor to agrochemicals and pharmaceuticals. It is also an important solvent and reagent. It can be applied as a denaturant and dying aid as well. Pyridine is used in research laboratories. Large amounts of pyridine produced goes into the production of piperidine.
Polyethylene glycol 6000 is applied in manifacturing of pharmacology, medicine, and cosmetics but has also lots of technical applications, including textile industry, rubber industry, wood processing or copper and nickel electroplating. PEG 6000 can act as a viscose modifier, lubricant, mould release agent, wetting agent, plasticiser.
